Our services are intended to supplement, not replace, official manufacturer support and warranty services.

Use of Our Services

• You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting support, including your device details and description of the issue.
• You are responsible for having proper authorization/access to any device or network you ask us to assist with. Do not request support for devices or networks you do not own or are not authorized to access.
• Our technicians will provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance; final responsibility for device use, configuration choices, and network security remains with you.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.

Payment Terms

• Service fees are disclosed prior to the start of any paid session, with no hidden charges.
• Payment is due as specified at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.

Customer Responsibilities

During remote support sessions, you agree to be reasonably available, follow the technician’s instructions, and provide access to the relevant device or account information needed to complete the support. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from a lack of customer availability or cooperation.

Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware defects, ISP-related issues, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or network downtime.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
